Clear rules before money moves.

1. Deposits

Deposits reserve time and begin planning. Deposits may be non-refundable once research, design, setup, purchasing, or development work begins.

2. Custom Work

Websites, software, bots, dashboards, games, server work, and automation are custom services. Refunds are not guaranteed after work has started, but AJDevStudio may review unused milestones on a case-by-case basis.

3. Hosting

Monthly hosting or maintenance plans are billed for active service time. Cancellation stops future billing after the current paid period unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

4. Hardware and Parts

Diagnostic fees cover time spent investigating the issue. Parts, shipping, special orders, and third-party fees are generally not refundable once ordered or installed.

5. Crypto and Telegram Stars

Crypto payments may be irreversible. Telegram Stars and platform payments are also subject to Telegram or provider rules. Message AJDevStudio before paying for custom or hourly work.

6. Disputes

If a delivery issue happens, contact AJDevStudio first with the project ID, payment reference, and issue details so the work can be reviewed.
