1. Services

AJDevStudio provides custom software, website, server, automation, game, troubleshooting, hardware, and authorized device customization services. Each project requires a confirmed scope, timeline, and payment agreement before work begins.

2. Authorized Use

You agree that all requested work is for systems, accounts, websites, software, and devices you own or are authorized to manage. AJDevStudio may refuse work that appears harmful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or unsafe.

3. Device and Security Work

Phone customization, jailbreak support, diagnostics, security review, and troubleshooting are provided only for lawful, authorized use. AJDevStudio does not assist with unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, evasion for abuse, or attacks against third-party systems.

4. Payments

Supported payment methods may include crypto, PayPal, Venmo Business, and Telegram Stars. A payment does not expand the project scope unless both sides confirm the change. Crypto transactions may be irreversible.

5. Refunds

Custom work is generally non-refundable after work begins, except where AJDevStudio agrees otherwise in writing. If a project cannot be completed, the remaining balance may be handled based on completed milestones and documented work.

6. Client Materials

You are responsible for providing accurate project details, account access, device ownership proof if needed, content, assets, and approvals. Delays in materials or access may delay delivery.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting, domain, VPS, and maintenance work depends on third-party providers. AJDevStudio can help configure and manage systems, but provider outages, billing issues, policy changes, and infrastructure failures may be outside AJDevStudio control.

8. Warranty

AJDevStudio aims to deliver clean, tested work, but services are provided as custom project work without a guarantee that every system will be error-free forever. Fix windows, maintenance terms, and support expectations should be confirmed per project.
