You must own the device or be authorized by the owner to request service. AJDevStudio may decline service if ownership or authorization is unclear.

2. Diagnostics

Diagnostics identify likely issues but may not reveal every hidden problem. Some failures appear only after deeper testing, disassembly, replacement parts, or extended use.

3. Data Backup

Back up important files before service whenever possible. Hardware failure, malware, operating system damage, encryption, or drive issues can create data loss risk.

4. Parts and Compatibility

Replacement parts may depend on availability, quality, shipping, compatibility, and manufacturer limits. Parts costs are separate from labor unless written otherwise.

5. Warranty Limits

AJDevStudio is not responsible for manufacturer warranty changes, pre-existing damage, liquid damage, hidden board damage, or failures unrelated to the requested repair.
